LazAI Appoints Dr. Zehua Wang as Chief Scientific Advisor

He is leading UBC's "Next-Generation Secure Collaborative IoT Systems" project, supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Discovery Grant.

Dr. Wang has a strong interest in the Web3 field, focusing on applying cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and game theory to protocol design and innovation in Web3 applications. His past accomplishments include serving as the Chief Scientist of the RightMesh project, which leveraged blockchain technology to bridge the digital divide in Northern Canada, earning recognition from Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau. Since 2019, he has been responsible for designing and teaching the graduate-level blockchain technology course at UBC.
