Krispy Kreme Sells Stake in Western US Joint Venture to WKS Restaurant for $90M

Krispy Kreme has sold a portion of its stake in its Western U.S. joint venture to WKS Restaurant Group for $90M. The sale increased WKS's stake in the joint venture to 80% from 45%. WKS owns franchises for Wendy's, Denny's, and El Pollo Loco, as well as Krispy Kreme.
