Kodiak Gas Services Expands into Distributed Power Generation with DPS Acquisition Completion

Kodiak Gas Services has completed the acquisition of Distributed Power Solutions, expanding its platform into distributed and behind-the-meter power generation. The acquisition adds approximately 395 megawatts of generation capacity and broadens Kodiak's customer base across various end markets.
