Klotho Neurosciences surged 30.61% intraday, following its March 4 announcement to acquire Greenland Mines Corp. and gain control of the Skaergaard project in southeast Greenland, which holds $68 billion in palladium, gold, platinum, and critical minerals. The acquisition agreement also sees Greenland Mines retain 93% of fully diluted shares in the company.
