KKR & Co. Inc. declined 2.58% in after-hours trading, following the acquisition of Samhwa, a South Korean cosmetics packaging company, for approximately $528 million. The acquisition is part of KKR's continued investment in the Korean market and the global popularity of the Korean cosmetics industry. Additionally, KKR and Inhabeo announced the acquisition of a portfolio of seven purpose-built student accommodation assets in the UK for approximately £230 million.
