Kiwi Property Group has agreed to sell Auckland's ASB North Wharf to Precinct Pacific Investment Limited Partnership for $205 million. The deal is part of Kiwi's capital recycling programme, with the company's balance sheet now positioned to support growth as the property market recovers. Precinct is part of a partnership with global institutional investor GIC.
