Kelly Grier Joins AT&T Board of Directors, Scott Ford Retires After 13 Years

Kelly Grier brings extensive experience to the board, having previously served as the U.S. Chair and Americas Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Over her 30-plus-year career at EY, Grier held various leadership positions, including Vice Chair and Central Region Managing Partner, as well as Americas Vice Chair of Talent. Her financial and leadership expertise will be valuable additions to AT&T's strong and capable board.

Scott Ford's tenure on the board has been marked by 13 years of distinguished service. His retirement will create a new dynamic on the board, with Grier's fresh perspective and experience in corporate governance and finance.
Grier currently serves on the boards of Booking Holdings, Inc., CDW Corporation, and Illinois Tool Works, Inc., among others. She previously served as the governing board chair for the Center for Audit Quality. Grier holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Mary's College.
