Kelly Grier Joins AT&T Board of Directors, Scott Ford Retires After 13 Years

Kelly Grier has been elected to the AT&T Board of Directors, effective September 1, and will serve on the Human Resources Committee and Corporate Development and Finance Committee. Grier previously served as U.S. Chair and Americas Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP. Scott Ford will retire from the board after 13 years of service.

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Effective September 1, 2025, Kelly Grier will join the board, replacing Scott Ford who will retire after 13 years of distinguished service. Grier will serve on the Human Resources Committee and the Corporate Development and Finance Committee.

Kelly Grier brings extensive experience to the board, having previously served as the U.S. Chair and Americas Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Over her 30-plus-year career at EY, Grier held various leadership positions, including Vice Chair and Central Region Managing Partner, as well as Americas Vice Chair of Talent. Her financial and leadership expertise will be valuable additions to AT&T's strong and capable board.

Grier currently serves on the boards of Booking Holdings, Inc., CDW Corporation, and Illinois Tool Works, Inc., among others. She previously served as the governing board chair for the Center for Audit Quality. Grier holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Mary's College.
