JPMorgan Chase Bank Secured by Sky Harbour Holdings III LLC Guaranty

SKY HARBOUR HOLDINGS III LLC guarantees payment to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. as Administrative Agent for the benefit of Secured Parties under a Credit Agreement. The Guarantee is entered into on September 4, 2025, and is in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties. The purpose of the Guarantee is to ensure payment to the Secured Parties in the event of default by the Borrowers.
