The company's baseline headcount grew by 431 (18%) in 2024, with almost 1,000 additional staff recruited, including more than 240 hires at graduate, internship, and apprenticeship levels and about 494 in engineering, craft, and support roles. Chief Executive Stephen McCabe attributes the company's growth to its ambitious trajectory and long-term vision [1].
Looking ahead, 2025 is expected to be another strong year for the company, with a robust pipeline of work extending into 2026 and beyond. The company's overseas business has been a key driver of this growth, with the strongest expansion seen in its international operations [1].
In a separate development, Jones Lang LaSalle Inc (JLL) is also expected to report a significant increase in quarterly revenue. Analysts predict a 228.3% increase in revenue to $6.214 billion from $1.89 billion a year ago, with earnings of $3.20 per share expected [2].
