Rothman and Jonas Grazulis will no longer serve as portfolio managers for five of the funds, while Joseph H. Bozoyan and James Gearhart will continue to serve. Howard Greene will no longer serve as a portfolio manager for John Hancock Income Securities Trust effective December 31, 2027.
