Carlyle has announced the retirement of Jeffrey Ferguson, General Counsel, after over 25 years with the firm. Ferguson will retire in 2026 and become a Senior Advisor to Carlyle. The firm is conducting a search for his successor. Carlyle CEO Harvey Schwartz praised Ferguson's contributions to the firm's legal framework.
