JD Logistics Q2 and H1 Profit Rises Amid Expansion Plans

The company's profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2025 reached CNY 4.4 billion, marking a 46.2% YoY increase. Additionally, JD Logistics' Deppon Logistics unit posted a net profit of CNY 860.6 million for 2024, a 15% YoY increase.

Despite the ongoing challenges posed by macroeconomic factors, JD Logistics has demonstrated resilience and strong financial performance. The company's strategic focus on growth and operational efficiency has resulted in robust revenue and profit growth. Analysts remain optimistic about JD Logistics' prospects, with a consensus "Outperform" rating from 35 brokerage firms.

Snail Inc and Titanium Transportation Group Inc. have also reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2025. Snail Inc is expected to report a 20.3% increase in revenue to $26 million, although it is forecasted to report a loss of 1 cent per share. Titanium Transportation Group Inc. reported a 3.5% YoY increase in consolidated revenue to $119.1 million, driven by a 16.8% increase in its Logistics segment. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 9.3% from 8.7% in the same period last year.

Both companies have shown resilience in the face of macroeconomic challenges. Snail Inc, despite its expected loss, is expected to benefit from a 16.4% increase in revenue, suggesting that the company may be able to improve its bottom line in the future. Titanium Transportation Group's CEO, Ted Daniel, noted that the company's strategic focus remains on protecting margins, maintaining balance sheet strength, and leveraging its people, technology, and scalable logistics network.
