The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has recalled spinach and mixed leaves products due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products include McCormack Family Farms and Tesco Mild Spinach. Symptoms of the infection can range from mild to severe, and some individuals, such as pregnant women and the elderly, are more vulnerable to listeriosis. Consumers are advised not to eat the recalled products, and retailers should remove them from sale.
