The changes are part of a broader update to the S&P 500, S&P MidCap 400, and S&P SmallCap 600 indices. Interactive Brokers Group joins the S&P 500, while Talen Energy takes its place in the S&P MidCap 400. Additionally, Kinetik Holdings Inc. (KNTK) will join the S&P SmallCap 600, replacing Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. (PPBI) [2].
