Integrated ChatGPT! SoundHound AI(SOUN.US) expands its in-vehicle AI voice assistant to multiple European countries.

SoundHound AI(SOUN.US), a leading voice AI company in the voice space, has integrated ChatGPT features into its in-vehicle voice assistant, which is now available in 11 European markets for the Stellantis(STLA.US) automotive brands. On the latest news, SoundHound AI shares surged more than 22% on Wednesday.

SoundHound Chat AI voice assistant with ChatGPT features is now available in the Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall brands of Stellantis in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.

By the end of July, the service is expected to expand to 17 markets with 12 different languages.

In March 2024, SoundHound AI announced that Stellantis' DS Automobiles is the first carmaker in the world to fully integrate the latest generative AI technology into its voice assistants through the SoundHound Chat AI product. The assistant is available in 18 countries in 13 languages.

SoundHound Chat AI for Automotive provides a voice assistant that integrates generative AI features such as ChatGPT with existing voice assistants.

The solution provides seamless access to a vast information domain through its conversational capabilities.
