Infosys has acquired two US-based companies, Optimum Healthcare IT and Stratus, in all-cash deals worth $560 million. The acquisitions aim to strengthen Infosys' presence in the healthcare provider segment and expand its technology capabilities. Optimum brings 1,600 employees with deep healthcare expertise, while Stratus adds a team of 450 professionals with expertise in Guidewire and property and casualty insurance platforms. The deals are expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2027.
