Infinex Unveils Infinex Connect for Seamless Dapp Interaction

Infinex, a prominent player in the cryptocurrency space, recently unveiled its latest innovation, Infinex Connect, during a keynote presentation at TOKEN2049 Dubai. The new platform aims to revolutionize the way users interact with decentralized applications (dapps) by providing a seamless and integrated experience. Infinex Founder Kain Warwick introduced Infinex Connect, highlighting its potential to eliminate common user pain points such as unstable wallet connections, browser extensions, and transaction signing.
Infinex Connect allows users to link their Infinex accounts to third-party dapps, enabling them to access their cross-chain portfolios and popular Infinex features like Swidge directly within the dapp. This integration promises a next-generation user experience with single sign-on (SSO) style authentication, simple policy-based signing permissions, easy access to cross-chain balances, and gasless just-in-time swaps.
The first wave of Infinex Connect-enabled apps is set to launch in May 2025, with notable partners including Fogo, MegaETH, Aave, and Ethena. Kain Warwick emphasized that Infinex Connect represents a significant leap forward in crypto applications, eliminating the need for users to juggle multiple wallets, manage gas, and handle bridging processes.
Robert Sagurton, Co-Founder of Fogo, expressed enthusiasm for Infinex Connect, stating that it addresses the accessibility challenges in DeFi. He noted that the platform's user experience is meticulously designed to remove unnecessary steps and friction, making onchain interactions feel seamless and intuitive.
Infinex Connect also serves as an onchain command center, allowing users to view and manage their positions, onchain assets, and rewards directly within their Infinex account. This centralization replaces the need to switch between multiple apps, providing a unified interface for all onchain activities.
The new platform builds on the existing Infinex App and Platform, which includes a flexible smart contract Wallet, onchain recoverable Vaults, and Swidge – a universal swap and bridge feature supporting thousands of assets across multiple networks.
In addition to Infinex Connect, the company announced the Infinex Connect SDK, which will enable developers to integrate Infinex account support into their dapps. The SDK is set to launch in private beta in June 2025, and developers interested in early access can request it at infinex.xyz/connect. A teaser video showcasing the capabilities of Infinex Connect is also available on the same page.
Infinex Connect represents a significant advancement in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, offering a more user-friendly and integrated experience for interacting with dapps. By addressing common pain points and providing a centralized command center, Infinex aims to make onchain activities more accessible and efficient for users. The upcoming launch of Infinex Connect-enabled apps and the Infinex Connect SDK will further solidify Infinex's position as a leader in the crypto space, driving innovation and improving the overall user experience.
