A 35-year-old Indian Microsoft software engineer, Pratik Pandey, was found dead at the company's Silicon Valley campus after badging into the office on August 19. The cause of death is unknown, and police have ruled out foul play. Microsoft has conducted an internal review, but the company has not commented on the incident. Pandey had joined Microsoft in 2020 and worked on the Fabric product, a data analytics platform.
