The Indian government has launched the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) to strengthen the country's export competitiveness. The mission aims to improve trade finance, strengthen market readiness, and build competitiveness across regions and sectors. With an outlay of Rs 25,060 crore for FY 2025-26 to FY 2030-31, EPM will bring together several fragmented schemes into one system, making it easier for exporters to access support. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade will act as the implementing agency, running a digital platform for applications, approvals, and disbursal.
