Indaba Capital Sells AST Revolution to Bruker for Undisclosed Terms

Indaba Capital Management has announced the sale of AST Revolution, a diagnostics company, to Bruker Corporation for undisclosed terms. AST Revolution was formed after the acquisition of select assets from Accelerate Diagnostics in August 2025. With Indaba's support, the company developed its rapid antimicrobial susceptibility testing solutions and established a platform for further advancement. Bruker is expected to be the ideal owner for AST Revolution given its understanding of the company's opportunity set.
