Impinj, Inc. rose 2.00% in after-hours trading, with the company announcing the upsize and pricing of its offering of $170 million aggregate principal amount of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2029. The aggregate principal amount of the offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of $150 million. Impinj also granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning.
