The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced an inflation-based increase in certain immigration-related fees for fiscal year 2026. The new rates will take effect on January 1, 2026, and reflect inflation from July 2024 through July 2025. Applicants submitting requests on or after January 1, 2026, must include the updated fees where applicable. DHS stated it will publish future notices to adjust other immigration parole-related fees not covered in this update.
