Illinois Partners Launch Statewide "Ready by 10/15" School Health Records Check and Mobile Clinic Initiative

Prism Foundation and Molina Healthcare of Illinois have launched a statewide "Ready by 10/15" initiative to help families verify health and immunization requirements and meet schools' deadlines. The program aims to reduce barriers to vaccinations, particularly in historically underserved communities. Clinics will be held statewide, providing required school immunizations and recommended vaccines. No insurance or ID is required, and families can bring prior health records if available.
