IJM Construction Wins RM1.3bil Data Centre Deal from SimeProp

IJM Construction has secured a RM1.26bil contract from Sime Darby Property's subsidiary to develop a hyperscale data centre in Elmina Business Park, Selangor. The project covers construction of the main structure for one data centre block, associated infrastructure, and facilities. Scheduled to start in Q4 2025 and complete by Q2 2027, the development will occupy a 31.16ha site within Elmina Business Park.
