IGY Marinas to Operate Luxury Marina at Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort

IGY Marinas has been appointed as the marina operator for Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The marina will feature 101 berths for yachts up to 85 meters in length and is part of the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort. The project marks IGY's second marina in the Middle East and reinforces its global network of luxury yachting destinations.

IGY Marinas has been appointed as the marina operator for Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This appointment marks a significant milestone for IGY Marinas, which is set to manage the 101-berth marina as part of the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort. The project underscores IGY's commitment to expanding its luxury marina network to key destinations globally and represents the company's second marina in the Middle East.

The marina, designed by Marina Solutions International (MSI), will accommodate yachts up to 85 meters in length and feature cutting-edge berthing technology. IGY Marinas will provide pre-opening advisory services, followed by post-opening management and marketing services, in collaboration with Wynn Resorts and MSI. The strategic partnership aims to create an iconic yachting destination in the region.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in 2027, will be the first integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and bars, a theater, and a nightclub, among other amenities. The marina will be a key attraction, offering unparalleled services to guests.

The appointment of IGY Marinas is part of Wynn Resorts' vision to create a new category of luxury in the region. The resort will be located 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and is being developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding.

Ras Al Khaimah is emerging as one of the UAE's most exciting tourism destinations, known for its stunning coastline, outdoor adventure offerings, and cultural heritage. Building on a track record of remarkable achievements, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) reported its strongest year ever in 2024, welcoming a record-high 1.28 million overnight arrivals.
