Fribourg brings decades of leadership in agribusiness and food sectors, while Mantas brings expertise in artificial intelligence and business transformation. International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has reinforced its board of directors with the appointment of Paul J. Fribourg and Jesus B. Mantas. The appointments, effective immediately, aim to bolster IFF's innovation agenda and enhance its competitive position in the global market.

Fribourg brings over four decades of global leadership experience in agribusiness, food, and investment sectors. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Continental Grain Company, a position he has held since 1997. Under his leadership, Continental Grain Company has transformed into a diversified global investment firm focused on food, agriculture, and adjacent industries. Fribourg's extensive experience includes serving as lead independent director of Loews Corp. and sitting on the boards of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Syngenta Group Co. Ltd., and Wayne-Sanderson Farms LLC. He is also a member of various advisory boards, including the Rabobank International North American Agribusiness Advisory Board and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mantas is a leader in artificial intelligence, business transformation, and innovation. He recently retired from IBM, where he served as global managing partner leading the $10 billion Business Transformation Services unit in IBM Consulting. Prior to IBM, Mantas led IBM Consulting global strategy, offerings, and acquisitions, overseeing several global divisions. He currently serves on the board of directors at Biogen Inc., where he chairs the Compensation and Management Development Committee. Mantas also serves as vice chair of the board at HITEC and is a council member of the Council on Global Competition and Innovation.
