Icahn Enterprises L.P. intends to offer $500 mln of 10.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2029, with net proceeds to partially redeem existing 6.250% Senior Notes due 2026. The offering is being made in a private placement not registered under the Securities Act of 1933. The Notes will be secured by substantially all assets directly owned by the Issuers and the Guarantor, subject to customary exceptions.
