Hyperlane Foundation Allocates 8.8 Million Unclaimed HYPER Tokens for Network Expansion

The Hyperlane Foundation has announced that approximately 8.8 million unclaimed HYPER tokens will be allocated to incentivize the expansion of the Hyperlane network. This decision comes as around 88% of the HYPER airdrop has been pre-claimed, with the distribution set to commence next week. The remaining 12% of unclaimed tokens, totaling about 8.8 million HYPER, will be reserved for future network growth initiatives.

Specifically, 8.2 million HYPER will be used to supplement the reward distribution for the first two quarters of HyperStreaks-based expansion. Additionally, 60,000 HYPER will continue to support the Hyperlane Pilot program, which aims to drive further adoption and development within the Hyperlane ecosystem.

This strategic move by the Hyperlane Foundation underscores their commitment to fostering the growth and sustainability of the Hyperlane network.
