Hyatt to Debut First Hyatt Centric Hotel in Osaka with Namba Station Project.

Hyatt Hotels has signed a management agreement with Kanden Realty & Development Co. to open the first Hyatt Centric hotel in Osaka in 2031. The 267-room hotel will be part of a 28-story mixed-use complex directly connected to Namba Station. It will feature a rooftop bar, restaurant, fitness center, and meeting spaces, aiming to immerse guests in Namba's culture. This will be Hyatt's fourth Hyatt Centric property in Japan, joining existing hotels in Tokyo and Kanazawa and a planned 2026 opening in Sapporo.
