HUTCHMED Announces Retirement of Independent Non-executive Director Tony Mok and Changes to Board Committees

HUTCHMED announces the intended retirement of independent non-executive director Professor Mok Shu Kam Tony after 8 years of service. He will cease to be a director and step down from his roles as chairman and member of board committees at the upcoming AGM. The board has approved changes to the composition of board committees, with Dr Renu Bhatia becoming the Senior and Lead Independent Non-executive Director and chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Dr Chaohong Hu and Professor Tan Shao Weng Daniel being appointed to various committees.
