Hudson Technologies Expands Refrigerant Reclamation Business with Acquisition of Refrigerants Inc.

Hudson Technologies acquired Refrigerants Inc., an EPA-certified reclaimer and refrigerant distributor based in Denver, Colorado, for $2.5 million. The acquisition expands Hudson's access to repeatable sources of recovered refrigerant, strengthens its position in the reclamation industry, and aligns with the AIM Act's phase-down of virgin HFC refrigerants.
