Huawei unveils its DCS AI solution, driving the intelligent transformation of healthcare.

The 2025 Medical Artificial Intelligence and Precision Diagnosis Development Forum was held in Shanghai on February 18. This conference, themed "AI Empowerment, Opening a New Era of Precision Diagnosis", was co-hosted by the Medical Artificial Intelligence Management Committee of Shanghai Hospital Association and the Medical Committee of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, and sponsored by Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine Affiliated to Ruijin Hospital and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Dr. Zhou Yuefeng, Vice President of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and President of Data Storage Products Line, delivered a keynote speech titled "Huawei DCS AI Solutions, Accelerating the Enabling of Medical Intelligence" at the conference. Huawei's DCS AI solutions provide key capabilities such as ModelEngine, DCS XPU Pooling and Container Technology, and a convergent data lake that can evolve to AI, to lay the foundation for industry-wide models. Taking the pathological scenario in the medical industry as an example, Huawei's DCS AI solutions offer the following three core values: data engineering toolization, shortening the 80% medical training data preparation cycle; system-level model training and inference acceleration capabilities, achieving a 30% reduction in model training cycle and a doubling of inference concurrency; and a simplified application development platform, supporting non-professional developers to quickly get started.
