On Friday, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite experienced declines, with the S&P 500 dropping 0.65% and the Nasdaq Composite falling 1.16%. Both indexes had reached new all-time highs earlier in the session but ended up in negative territory. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also saw a decrease, losing 68.66 points, or about 0.18%.

For the week, the Dow and Nasdaq are down 0.93% and 1.17%, respectively, while the S&P 500 is hovering around its weekly flatline. This week could potentially be the 17th positive one out of the last 19 for the S&P 500, a feat not seen since the 1960s.

Nvidia, a major player in artificial intelligence, saw its shares drop more than 5% on Friday, interrupting its impressive rally. Despite this, Nvidia's shares are still up over 6% for the week and have seen a significant increase in market cap this year.
