Courtney Townsend, with two decades of experience driving people strategies across diverse industries, has built a reputation for aligning HR practices with business goals and scaling operations to support sustainable growth. Prior to Hospitality Solutions, Townsend served as Chief People Officer of Duck Creek Technologies, where she supported efforts focused on talent development, inclusion, innovation, and systems modernization.
