Hologic Buyout Financing Tightens as Lenders Snap Up Loans

A group of banks has reduced the pricing on a $8.5 billion leveraged loan for Hologic's buyout, a move that reflects strong investor demand for risk. The dollar-denominated term loan B was increased by 40% to $7 billion and now has a price talk of 2.25 to 2.5 percentage points above benchmark. The euro-denominated term loan B size was cut by 25% to the equivalent of $1.5 billion, with price talk also tightened.
