Franklin Covey Co. (NYSE: FC) has announced the promotion of Holly Procter to President of its Enterprise Division, effective September 1. Procter, who currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer, brings extensive leadership experience from Fortune 100 and high-growth companies such as LinkedIn, Gallup, Clari, and WeWork [1].

Under Procter's leadership, the Enterprise Division will oversee sales, customer success, and operations. She will also continue to lead the company's go-to-market transformation efforts. Procter's appointment follows the departure of Jennifer C. Colosimo, who will provide consulting services as a senior advisor through December 2025 [2].

Procter's career spans enterprise software, technology, consulting, and healthcare. She has a track record of driving customer and revenue growth through strategic planning and modern sales practices. Procter earned a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, and marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is also a CIMBA International Consulting Six Sigma Green Belt and a Kepner-Tregoe (Decision Analysis and Problem Solving) expert [1].
