HNI Corporation and Steelcase Shareholders Approve Mixed Merger Consideration

HNI Corporation, a provider of workplace furnishings and residential building products, has announced that the majority of Steelcase shareholders have chosen mixed merger consideration. HNI's workplace furnishings segment offers commercial and home office furniture, while its residential building products segment provides gas, wood, electric, and pellet-fueled fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories. The company exports select products through its subsidiary to North America and has various brands including HON, Allsteel, Beyond, and D’style.
