HIVE Digital Technologies has signed $30mln in contracts for its BUZZ High Performance Computing unit, marking progress in its AI cloud strategy. Immunic Inc priced a $400mln private placement to fund its multiple sclerosis pipeline commercialization. Synchronoss Technologies was acquired by Lumine Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software. OKYO Pharma raised $20mln through an underwritten public offering of around 10.8mln ordinary shares.
