Hitek Global Inc. Raises $3 Million Through Registered Direct Offering

Hitek Global Inc. has priced a $3 million registered direct offering, selling 100 million Class A ordinary shares at $0.03 per share. The gross proceeds are estimated to be approximately $3 million before deducting placement agent fees and other expenses. The offering is expected to close on March 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Univest Securities is acting as the sole placement agent. The shares will be sold pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the SEC.
