HighPeak Energy Announces CEO Transition, Appoints Michael L. Hollis as Interim CEO

HighPeak Energy's CEO, Jack Hightower, will retire from his positions, including Chairman of the Board. Michael Hollis, the current President, will take over as Interim CEO. Hollis has over 25 years of oil and gas experience and previously served as President and COO of Diamondback Energy. The HighPeak Funds, which own approximately 64.4% of the Company's shares, will be managed by a committee led by Hollis.
