Hex Trust Secures Major Payment Institution License in Singapore

Hex Trust, a prominent digital asset financial services provider, has been granted a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This significant achievement allows Hex Trust to expand its footprint in the region and offer a broader range of services to its clients.

With the MPI license, Hex Trust is now authorized to provide regulated cross-border money transfers and digital payment token (DPT) services in Singapore. This enables the company to offer fully integrated solutions, including custody, over-the-counter (OTC) trading, settlement, and fiat currency deposit and withdrawal services.

Hex Trust received in-principle approval (IPA) for its MPI license in July 2024, and the license was officially issued on March 1, 2025. This milestone underscores Hex Trust's commitment to regulatory compliance and its dedication to providing secure and reliable digital asset financial services.
