US retailers are offering discounts on Hershey's products ahead of Halloween, as the company raised prices due to tariffs and cocoa inflation. The discounts come as overall chocolate candy sales per unit remain flat, despite prices rising by 8%. Hershey CEO Kirk Tanner said the company is recording disappointing Halloween sales and will adjust its strategies going forward.
