Herbalife Q2 Revenue Falls Short of Expectations, Organic Sales Flat

Herbalife (HLF) reported Q2 CY2025 revenue of $1.26 billion, a 1.7% YoY decline and a 1% miss. The company's non-GAAP profit of $0.59 per share beat analyst estimates by 18.6%. For Q3 CY2025, Herbalife expects revenue of $1.27 billion, above analyst estimates, and full-year EBITDA guidance of $650 million at the midpoint, also above analyst estimates.
