HEICO Corporation has agreed to acquire Axillon Fuel Containment, a leading military specification fuel-cell designer and manufacturer, from SK Capital Partners for an undisclosed cash amount. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year and adds a storied business with mission-critical products relied on by the US military and commercial aircraft manufacturers. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q1 2026.
