(NYSE: DOC), a leading real estate investment trust specializing in healthcare discovery and delivery, has reinforced its life science leadership by appointing Denis Sullivan as Managing Director of Lab Investments & San Diego Market Lead and promoting Mike Dorris to Head of West Coast Development & Construction. Denis Sullivan brings two decades of experience in life science real estate, including roles at BioMed Realty and Foundation Capital Ventures. Reporting to Adam Mabry, Chief Investment Officer, and Scott Bohn, Chief Development Officer and Head of Lab, Sullivan will drive Healthpeak’s portfolio-wide Lab investment strategy and manage leasing and asset management activities in San Diego, a critical life science hub. His focus will be on building a robust pipeline of opportunities while leveraging Healthpeak’s unique positioning to capitalize on the sector’s recovery.

Mike Dorris, under his new role, will expand Healthpeak’s expertise in specialized lab design and construction, enhancing the company’s development and redevelopment capabilities.
