Rossitto has worked at HCA for 25 years and previously served as senior vice president and assistant chief nurse executive. She succeeds Sammie Mosier, who died in December. Rossitto will oversee HCA's over 100,000 nurses and was praised by CEO Sam Hazen for her leadership abilities and commitment to nursing and clinical operations.
