Halliburton has appointed Shannon Slocum as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Slocum will be responsible for global operations, business development, health, safety and environment, and global technology. Rami Yassine will succeed Slocum as president, Eastern Hemisphere. Slocum has held various roles at Halliburton since 2005, including president, Eastern Hemisphere, while Yassine has served in multiple positions since joining in 2002.
