Hain Celestial, owner of Sleepytime Tea, has made interim CEO Alison Lewis permanent as the company looks to turnaround its struggling business. Lewis has focused on stabilizing sales, improving profitability, and optimizing cash, while also exiting or selling businesses where the company is structurally disadvantaged. Despite these actions, Hain Celestial reported a 7% YoY decline in net sales for its Q4 ended Sept. 30, with a decline in snacks hurting its business.
