The Hain Celestial Group has appointed Alison Lewis as CEO, effective immediately. Lewis had been serving as interim CEO since May 2025 and previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Dawn Zier, Chair of the Board, believes Lewis is best equipped to lead the company and create shareholder value. HAIN is trading at $1.14, up 1.79% on the Nasdaq.
