The service is initially available in the Tampa and Miami metropolitan areas, with a potential to prevent millions of dollars in storm damage to vehicles.

Hagerty Inc., a leading provider of specialty vehicle insurance, has launched a complimentary severe weather storage service for classic and enthusiast vehicles in Florida. This service, known as Hagerty Safe Storage Concierge, offers five days of secure, enclosed storage above the estimated surge line during severe weather events, at no additional cost to Hagerty insured members [1].

The service, initially available in the Tampa and Miami metropolitan areas, is designed to protect members' vehicles from potential damage caused by water, wind, and debris during severe weather conditions. The program is powered by Way's digital platform, enabling seamless reservation, access, and check-out for participating garages [1].

Hagerty Safe Storage Concierge is driven by customer input, with over 90% of surveyed members expressing interest in using the service. Notably, 75% of respondents indicated they have personally experienced a hurricane or tropical storm, with the majority indicating they would evacuate their vehicles for a Category 3 hurricane or stronger [1].
